What size am I?
It is very important to measure your pup’s neck or chest correctly. You will find a size chart on the product pages to help you pick the correct size for your pooch. If you require more information please look at our size guide here.
What are our products made out of?
Our products are made from the highest quality vegetable dyed Italian leather and suede.
Do you offer custom / personalised items?
Yes! Our ID Tags included with our Henley Collars and Windsor Harnesses are available to be engraved at an extra cost. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order. The ID Tags are not eligible for a return if engraved, however if you need to change the size of your collar or harness please get in contact with us at email@example.com.
Whats the best product for cleaning suede and leather?
We would recommend our Sneaky Eraser, this is a dry cleaning solution which will remove dirt and stains without the use of water.
What materials and products does Sneaky Spray work on?
Many types of materials including leather, canvas, nubuck and that all important Holy Grail of materials suede! Sneaky Spray can also protect your hats, bags, backpacks, and clothing.
What will Sneaky Spray protect against?
Sneaky Spray contains nano based technology which acts as a repellent. It will protect against most common liquids and stains including water, rain, mucky puddles, juices, fizzy drinks, beer, wine and sauces!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All deliveries are UK Standard Delivery and should arrive within 2-3 working days, however please allow more days incase of any postage delays on courier's behalf.
Can I add/remove/change items from an existing order?
If you want to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address on an existing order?
If you need to change your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you notify us as soon as possible. If the order has been processed before you notify us of cancellation, we would need to process a return once the order has been delivered.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order to discuss your requirements.
How can I pay for an order?

What happens if the item is not what I expected?
Customer satisfaction is a high priority to us and if for some reason you need to refund your item(s) please let us know so we can help. In most cases we will offer you an exchange or refund providing the product you are requesting to send back is in the same condition you received it in.
What is the returns policy?
We really hope you and your pup love our products as much as we do, but if you’re not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a return for exchange or refund. The product must be in the same condition you received it in to be eligible (including all retail tags, ID Tags, packaging and the item(s) must have not been sprayed with anything).
You will have 14 days from receiving the items to request a refund and a further 14 days to send the items back to us. Once we have received your returned items back at our office we can then process your refund or exchange.
If any item(s) have been personalised a refund is not eligible. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you the initial shipping costs.
