What are our products made out of?
Our products are made from the highest quality vegetable dyed Italian Leather and Suede.

Do you offer custom / personalised items?

Yes! Our ID Tags which are included with our Dog Collars and Harnesses are available to be engraved at an extra cost. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order due to Covid we have had to add extra days. The personalised products  are not eligible for a return if engraved, however if you need to change the size of your collar or harness please get in contact with us.

 

Whats the best product for cleaning suede and leather?

We would recommend our Sneaky Eraser, this is a dry cleaning solution which will remove dirt and stains without the use of water.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All deliveries are UK Standard Delivery and should arrive within 2-3 working days, however please allow extra days for personalised items and incase of any postage delays on the courier's behalf.

  

Can I add/remove/change items from an existing order?

If you want to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Can I change my shipping address on an existing order?

If you need to change your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order if you notify us as soon as possible. If the order has been processed before you notify us of cancellation, we would need to process a return once the order has been delivered.
